- Do we have current or potential resonant leaders to help guide the process?
- Can we allow the time for employee brainstorming sessions?
- Can our structure and processes accommodate real change?
- Am I OK with trusting the process instead of controlling every aspect?
- Are we hampered by too much employee turnover or too little employee engagement?
