  • Do we have current or potential resonant leaders to help guide the process?
  • Can we allow the time for employee brainstorming sessions?
  • Can our structure and processes accommodate real change?
  • Am I OK with trusting the process instead of controlling every aspect?
  • Are we hampered by too much employee turnover or too little employee engagement?
