25% of respondents reported leaving employers because of ineffective leadership
22% cited poor relationships with their managers
21% said their contributions were not valued
We see all kinds of issues related to company culture. Employee retention is not only a big concern but it’s very expensive for companies to hire and train new employees. Plus how do you know you are not going to have the same issues again?
